Enquiries and availability
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking, reserve a date or charge a payment method. Availability remains subject to review of the date, venue, timings, travel, access and production requirements. A date is secured only when the final quote has been accepted and the required deposit has been verified, unless DJ Ozzy confirms a different arrangement in writing.
Estimates and final quotes
Package prices shown on the website are planning estimates. The owner dashboard is used to issue a final quote after the event details have been reviewed. A quote may include a validity period and event-specific notes. Travel, accommodation, additional performance time, venue restrictions or bespoke production can change the final price.
Deposits and payment
No deposit is requested before the final quote is ready. When online payments are active, deposits are handled through Stripe’s secure checkout. A booking is not treated as confirmed merely because a checkout page was opened; the website must receive verified payment confirmation. Any remaining balance, due date and accepted payment method are stated in the event-specific booking terms or invoice.
Event information and venue access
The client is responsible for providing accurate timings, venue details, access information, guest estimates and relevant restrictions. Changes should be shared promptly. The venue must provide safe, lawful access, adequate setup time, suitable power and a performance area appropriate to the agreed service.
Music planning and performance
Spotify and Apple Music links, must-plays, do-not-plays and key moments are planning inputs rather than a fixed running order unless a specific cue is agreed. DJ Ozzy retains reasonable discretion to read the room, respond to timing changes and protect the quality and safety of the performance.
Changes, cancellation and rescheduling
The cancellation, postponement, rescheduling and refund position depends on the notice given, costs already committed and the event-specific terms supplied with the final quote. Please review those terms before accepting a quote and raise any question before paying the deposit. No general refund promise is made by this website summary.
External services and website availability
The website links to third-party music, social and payment services. Their availability and terms are outside DJ Ozzy’s control. Reasonable care is taken to keep the booking tools available and accurate, but temporary interruptions do not replace written confirmation of a booking or payment.
Law and complete agreement
These website terms and any event-specific written booking terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
